As a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences to my practice. I hold a degree in kinesiology and diplomas in both massage therapy and fitness and health promotion. With a background in personal training and group fitness, I use deep tissue massage, offering a level of pressure thats hard to match. I also tailor each treatment to my clients needs, if deep pressure is not preferred, I adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable and effective session.
To get to know me more, I grew up in Hanover, ON, completed my education at Durham College and Ontario Tech University where I met my wife. We have moved to the Perth and Smiths Falls area in 2023. On my free time I enjoy time with my family, riding my motorcycle, spending time outdoors, running and attending Crossfit.
